Welcome to the Happy Nation

Hello there 👋 Our names are Adam and Amelia, and together we are building the Happy Nation - a place in real life and the digital space where we have fun and do good for ourselves and others; a place where you’ll take care of your well-being, make friends, and participate in exciting community activities, exclusive groups, creative challenges, and fun games. It is a community of like-minded citizens who inspire, motivate and encourage each other to lead happier and healthier lives.

Our mission is to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and encouragement to become happier, healthier, and more compassionate human beings. Helping people flourish and lead fulfilled lives is the North Star guiding the work we do.

The wellyou program

Happiness is a result of many simple things done properly, day by day. It is not something we need to find and incorporate into our life. With this as our foundation, we developed wellyou, an iOS app that combines a real-world adventure game with a holistic program to improve people's happiness and well-being in all of its dimensions.

Initially, wellyou offers three programs (one, two, and three months) that teach you about the science of happiness through interesting and simply understood content and motivate you to experience the advantages of incorporating it into your daily life. It's an adventure game that the player plays in real life while having access to the game's rules via their smartphone.

You are placed in a group of five strangers whom you’ll grow to know throughout the course of the program as each of you works daily on improving your well-being. You earn points and badges for unique accomplishments as you all progress together along this journey. One of the game's most appealing features is that you will gradually get to know your teammates through the content you create along the way.

The program is based on three pillars:

1)the essential training, which entails weekly exercises for mental and physical well-being.

2)the personal to-dos because you know best what makes you happy.

3)the weekly themes, ****which presents the theory of happiness research in an interactive format with gamified positive interventions so that you can personally experience all of the benefits of this field of happiness research.
